Your tickets are showing as greyed out and unselectable because Lyte is not able to make an offer on any of the tickets in your order right now. Not to worry, they are still valid for you to use! 

We may be able to make an offer on your tickets in the future, we just aren't able to take returns at this time. Before we can make you an offer for your tickets, we need to go find a buyer. 

Lyte does everything in our power to find a new fan to buy your ticket, but in order to make an offer we need fans on the waitlist. If we can't make you an offer right away then we have currently satisfied all fan requests. 

You can sign up to be notified when we can make an offer for your tickets by selecting the "Get email when there is a buyer" option. 

We will reach out to you via email as soon as we're ready to make you an offer. Signing up to be notified doesn't return your tickets. If we're able to make an offer on any of your tickets you'll get an email and be directed to the return flow where you can select how many tickets you want to return.
