Refunds and exchange policies are set by the organizers of the event that Lyte partners with. Sometimes, these organizers may not allow refunds or exchanges. However, we know that things come up and plans change. If you can't go to the event you have tickets for, you can try returning your ticket to Lyte or selling it to another fan through the Lyte exchange.
Option 1 - Returns:
- Select “Return Tickets” on the event’s exchange page.
- Enter the email that you used to purchase the tickets.
- If your ticket is in demand, Lyte will make you an instant offer. If you accept our offer, Lyte will invalidate your tickets and allocate them to the next fan in line. You’ll be paid the full offer amount you accepted within 3 business days after the end of the event (or within 10 business days of the return if you purchased your tickets through Lyte). No hassle, no hidden fees.
- If your ticket isn’t currently in demand, you still have options. You can sign up to be notified if we have buyers looking for your ticket type by selecting the “Get notified when there is a buyer” option. If a buyer is found, you’ll receive an email with a link to a return offer.
Option 2 - Private Exchanges:
- Select “Sell or Transfer” on the event’s exchange page.
- Enter the email that you used to purchase the tickets.
- Select the tickets you’d like to sell or transfer.
- Set the price you wish to sell your tickets for (or $0 to transfer) and click “Set Payout.”
- Enter your PayPal email address & phone number. If you need to create a PayPal account, click “Create An Account.”
- Click “Continue.”
- Your link has been created! Copy the magic link and share it anywhere on the internet to find a buyer for your tickets. This link will handle all authentication and payment between parties. A Lyte link means no fake tickets and secure payments.
