Get your friend to send you their unique group link. Upon clicking the link, a pop-up box will appear advising that you have an active order. Select “Transfer my order.” If the pop-up box does not appear, please check the following:
- Ensure you’re logged in to your Lyte account. Then, reopen a new browser tab and paste your friend’s group link again.
- Confirm that you’re not currently in a group. You can check this at the bottom of your order summary page in your Lyte account.
If you are in a group, click on your initials in the top right-hand corner and select “Leave Party.” This won’t impact your tickets; it will only remove you from your existing group. Let us know if any additional assistance is needed.
