If you are purchasing your badge(s) on or before 11:59 PM EDT on September 15, 2019 your badges(s) will be mailed to the address you enter. If you purchase your badge(s) after 11:59 PM EDT on September 15 you will have to pick them up onsite at Will Call*.
The deadline to change your mailing address is July 14 if you purchased during the presale and September 15 if you purchased during the general onsale.
Please note that badges will not begin to mail until late August at the earliest and will continue to mail in waves through September. Have patience, young Jedi. Your badges will be sent to you.
International orders will have the option to have Tickets mailed or picked up onsite.
*If you need to pick up your badge(s) at Will Call, please bring a printed copy of your email confirmation to the Will Call counters onsite at the Javits Center in the Crystal Palace to pick up your NYCC badges. (We can accept digital copies, but if the line is long, we will pull your confirmation paper to get you out of line faster so you don’t have to wait for a counter. Trust us; you’ll want to have a printed copy on hand if this happens.)
