How does Lyte determine offer prices?
Offers on Lyte are based on the current demand for your ticket. This means offers can be lower, higher, or equal to what you originally paid for the ticket.
Why does my offer feel low?
If you see an offer that you feel is low, it generally means there aren’t many people looking for your specific ticket or ticket type at this time.
Do offer prices change?
Yes, as the event date gets closer, it’s likely (but not guaranteed) that offer prices will fluctuate. With that in mind, if you aren't interested in returning at the current offer price, we recommend holding on to your ticket and checking our offers regularly until you see one you’re happy with.
Note: The Exchange or Return offers may end before the event date, so don’t wait too long to decide!
Why would a fan take a Lyte offer?
When you accept a Lyte offer, you get several benefits:
- You take home the total offer price. There are no additional fees on your return.
- You don’t need to find a buyer yourself. Lyte assumes the risk of finding a buyer, and you are paid the total offer price even if we can’t match the ticket with another fan.
- You don’t need to deliver/ship or destroy a ticket you may have already received. We assign the potential buyer a new ticket to eliminate any opportunity for fraud.
