You will not receive an email before we charge your card. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know we charged your card to complete your request.
If Lyte finds tickets and is able to fulfill your request, the credit card used for the request will be charged immediately.
To cancel a request before it is completed:
- Log into your Lyte account
- Click "My Tickets" from the dropdown menu in the top right
- Select the tickets you requested and click the “Order Details”
- Scroll down and click “Cancel Request”
- Confirm cancellation
