If your credit card is declined we will notify you via email. Your place in line will be held for the grace period stated in the email which gives you an opportunity to correct the information.
To update your payment method:
- Locate the email from Lyte with the title "We could not process your card. Please retry."
- Click “Update Payment Info” to view your order dashboard.
- Click “Edit Payment Info” and enter the new payment information.
- Click “Save & Continue.”
Once you update your payment information Lyte will automatically attempt to complete the request again. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
