To the Fans who make Lyte possible:
Like everyone else, we’re closely monitoring the COVID19 situation. We know that there is a lot of anxiety and uncertainty around whether or not scheduled events will be canceled or postponed. We also know that many people may not feel comfortable attending events at this time.
If the event proceeds as planned but you no longer wish or are able to attend: You can visit the official exchange and return your ticket(s) for a fair market offer.
In the event of a total cancellation or postponement: Our policy will mirror that of the specific event. For example, Coachella’s recent postponement policy offered fans the ability to request a refund or roll their existing ticket over to the new dates - a policy that Lyte enacted as well. As our event partners release more information regarding statuses and policies for events, we’ll reach out to Lyte customers to provide options.
All of that said - our goal is always to do right by our fans. We are not a company that hides behind terms and conditions. We know that different circumstances require different solutions. If you are faced with a situation that you don’t feel is adequately covered by the above, please reach out to our team at support@lyte.com and we’ll do our best to find an acceptable solution.
Lastly - keep in mind that the artists, venues, and vendors who create these amazing experiences are hurting during this time. We know not everyone can afford it, but if you can, consider forgoing refunds. Being there for them now will go a long way to ensuring that live events will be there for us when this is all over.
