Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Lyte Reference number requesting a refund for your Stagecoach passes.
- Refunds are available until July 15, 2020.
- All ticket prices and fees will be refunded, and your order canceled, upon submission of your request.
- Once refunded, orders cannot be reinstated.
- Refunds can only be issued to the card used on the original transaction. You may be asked to verify payment information in order to complete the refund request.
- Refunds will take up to 30 days to process back to your original payment method.
- Partial refunds are not available, you can only refund your entire order.
