If you request tickets for an event for which we offer a payment plan, and you opt to pay with a payment plan, we will charge you the first installment once we find tickets for you. Payment amounts are split equally across all payments. Payment dates are set based on the amount of time until tickets must be paid in full.
We will send you a reminder text message 3 days before your payment is due. We will automatically charge the card on file for your order. If your payment fails, we will notify you via email and you can update your card information. If you need to update the card we have on file before a charge, you may do so on your order status page.
