What Happens if I Don’t Get a Ticket or the Show is postponed?

There may be scenarios where we may not be able to secure access to tickets that match your reservation criteria. For example, if the artist does not end up playing in your chosen city/cities, you won’t be charged for the ticket(s), and a Lyte Credit will be issued for your Priority Reservation fee which can be applied to:
Another city that your preferred artist is playing in
Another artist tour
Credit good for any other event in the Lyte ecosystem
