Having trouble accessing your funds in PayPal? Let’s fix it and get you paid.
Most commonly we see that this is because the email address you provided for your payout hasn’t been registered in PayPal yet or you haven’t yet set up a way to claim your funds in PayPal. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
Your PayPal account is Unregistered
- Log in to PayPal and make sure the account matching the email used for your return is registered properly. You can also call PayPal at 1 (888) 221-1161 to confirm that your account is registered.
- Submit a request through our Help Center to confirm that your account is registered so that we can resend you the payment.
Your PayPal payment is Unclaimed
Please search your email inbox for a message from payments@paypal.com with instructions on how to accept the payment.
