First, thanks for attempting to return your tickets with Lyte! You’re contributing to a safer marketplace for fans and supporting creators that produce fantastic events.
Unfortunately, your tickets are greyed out because we can’t make you an offer for your tickets at this time.
Why can’t you make me an offer?
Lyte is a demand-first platform, meaning we only make return offers when fans have placed a request for your ticket type on the Exchange. This policy ensures we can match tickets with real fans quickly and stops scalpers from dumping tickets they bought in mass onto us.
Ok, so what can I do?
- Sign up to be notified when there is a buyer. To do this, select the “Get Notified” option on the return screen, and we will email you as soon as we find a fan interested in your tickets. If you receive the email, follow the instructions to select the ticket(s) you want to return.
Note: Lyte cannot guarantee that we will find a fan interested in your ticket(s).
- Find your own buyer. If your event’s Exchange has enabled the “Sell or Transfer” option, you can verify your tickets, set your price, and create a link for a simple, fraud-free transaction between you and another fan via Lyte.
- Your ticket is still valid, so you could consider attending the event if that is an option.
